Return and Refund policy
Eligibility - Returns are NOT accepted for any custom products or any sale items.
Returns Timeframe - Eligible items must be return within 14 days of the order being delivered. Returns after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned items - To be eligible for a return, eligible items must be unused with all tags in place and with all original packaging included and undamaged. We inspect every return.
Refund Method - Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges.
Return Shipping - All return shipping is payable by the purchaser, and we do not take any liability for any loss of goods or packages due to not being tracked correctly.
Return Fee - A £15.00 return fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount to cover admin and restocking associated costs.

Shipping policy
Free Worldwide Shipping
Free shipping for all orders. The below delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to change. They may vary depending on the delivery location.
- UK (express): 2 to 7 working days
- US: 2 to 14 working days
- EU: 2 to 14 working days
- Rest of World: 7 to 21 working days
We aim to ship your order no more than 24 hours after it has been placed, however if it is placed on a Friday afternoon, it will not be shipped until the following Monday.
U.S Online Order Delays
We are currently experiencing delays for online orders into the US. Any orders placed cannot exceed $800 in a single transaction. If you wish to place an order outside this limit, it will need to be across multiple transactions, or you can email our Customer Care at help@icon-sunglasses.com to discuss options.
Our frames are shipped directly from the UK / Switzerland / Germany, meaning US Customs rules will apply.
Import Duties and Taxes
Orders outside the UK and EU are required to pay import duties and taxes, for which the customer is liable. Rates vary according to country so the price at checkout is not inclusive of any import duties and tax that you may have to pay. Please be aware that orders placed for multiple frames will incur higher customs fees due to the higher order value.
To calculate the cost, please contact your local carrier or customs office.
If you choose to have your order shipped to a business address outside of the UK, you must include the business's VAT number to ensure that it clears customs correctly.
Refusal to Pay Tax
If you do not pay the customs/import fees by the correct date, your order will be returned to Icon. Once we have received your order, a refund will be processed. There will be a deduction from your refund to cover the cost of the return, which will vary depending on the location.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
