Refund Policy

Eligibility -  Returns are NOT accepted for any custom products or any sale items.  

Returns Timeframe - Eligible items must be return within 14 days of the order being delivered. Returns after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned items - To be eligible for a return, eligible items must be unused with all tags in place and with all original packaging included and undamaged. We inspect every return.

Refund Method - Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges.

​

Return Shipping - All return shipping is payable by the purchaser, and we do not take any liability for any loss of goods or packages due to not being tracked correctly.

​

Return Fee - A £15.00 return fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount to cover admin and restocking associated costs.
