All Icon Eyewear, Icon ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, Our Sunglasses are offered with a lifetime warranty. which includes defects in materials or manufacturing. If you need to file a warranty claim, Icon has the sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. At this time, the warranty evaluation process takes 1-2 weeks. Once we receive the damaged item, we will assess it and determine if the claim is legitimate or not. If the claim is legitimate, we are happy to replace the broken piece or the entire Eyewear depending on the circumstances. Original purchaser must register the product(s) within 1 Years of purchase and retain their receipt as proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser from Icon Direct or an authorized Icon retailer and may not be transferred. Product registration can be completed online at Product Registration.
